S4 bucket creation fails because
quay.io/minio/mc:latestcannot be pulled. Make the bucket Job image configurable and pin it to the Red Hat AI Services MinIO mirror by release and digest, preserving the existingmccommands and Job behavior.Validation: defaults lint, template rendering, and image/client smoke checks passed. This mirror is AMD64-only; bucket creation in the lab still needs testing.
